How it works

  1. You place your order. Pay at checkout, or by bank transfer / OXXO (see How to buy).
  2. We prepare it. We check your size and your name and number (if you chose them) and pack it with care.
  3. We ship it with tracking. You receive your tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
  4. You receive it at home. Estimated delivery is 7 to 13 business days from the moment your order is confirmed, to Mexico and our 30+ destination countries.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs, holidays and carrier delays can add extra days. Some countries may charge import taxes when the package arrives; these are paid by the customer. If your order takes longer than 13 business days, write to us and we will help you. See our full Shipping policy.
