Our promise

If your jersey does not fit, or it arrives damaged or with a defect, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to tell us. We will offer you an exchange for the right size, a replacement, or a refund. This also applies to jerseys bought on sale or with a discount code.

How to ask for a change or return

  1. Write to us on WhatsApp at +52 55 1294 1852 or by email, within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Send your order number and a photo of the jersey (and of the problem, if there is one).
  3. We confirm and guide you through the exchange, replacement or refund.

Conditions

  • The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags and its original packaging.
  • Jerseys with a custom name and number can be exchanged or refunded only if there is a printing error or a defect.
  • If the problem is our error (defect, damage or wrong item), we pay the return shipping.
  • Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
